ABOUT BIG TINE

Big Tine Property Management was founded in 2025, but the journey did not start there... Seth and Dillon knew eachother growing up and always had a common interest in hunting. Then in 2021, Seth met Jake in college and eventually became great friends due to their shared commitment of hunting WI Whitetails. Around early 2022, Jake introduced his friend, Jack, to Seth and at the moment a deer hunting loving trio began. Throughout the next couple years, information, tactics and strategies had been relayed amongst these three. Also during this time, each team member had harvested quality bucks over the years and had even bigger ones on camera. In August of 2024, Seth had gotten a buck on camera that would be his biggest to date, a 170" 11 pointer. Seth knowing this would be his biggest, he set out to harvest this deer before the start of gun season, and on October 12th, he did just that. Harvesting that buck gave him hope that the legacy of "the ridge" would live on. But that is still not where the journey started.....

Years before Seth was born, his father, Paul Keller, had started QDMA on his home property near Marion, WI. Over 24 years of Paul managing the same ground, 8 Boone and Crocket class deer were harvested along with a 231 4/8" net non-typical mega WI Whitetail in 2012. It was the best hunting in the country at that time. Not only was Paul harvesting monster whitetails, but friends of his were as well on his property. During the stretch between 2006 and 2010, Winchester Legends and Bass Pro Shops television had followed Bob Foulkrod to WI where multiple T.V shows were filmed on Paul's property. As well as in 2010 on Winchester Legends bob killed a 170" buck and Paul killed a 178" buck. In the year 2010, that was the most inches of tine killed on a T.V show. That is where Seth's love for hunting began, growing up watching his dad harvest magnificent deer.

Resuming back to 2025, Seth had the idea to combine the knowledge of four hunters and avid outdoorsmen and share that knowledge with other fellow Wisconsin hunters and property owners. So in late Summer of 2025, Big Tine Property Management was born!
